Who maintains the site
Muhammad Usman maintains Morse Code Translates and is responsible for its published tools, explanatory content and correction process. The site is an independent project. It is not operated or certified by the International Telecommunication Union or a radio authority.
What the site is designed to help with
A visitor should be able to convert a short message, understand why a result looks the way it does, hear a signal and find a relevant reference without creating an account. The site brings together a translator, typed decoder, audio generator, printable chart, number reference, language-specific tools and a configurable practice quiz.
The guides are written around tasks those tools can actually perform. A recording decoder, a certified radio course and emergency signalling equipment are outside the site’s scope. Where a spelling distinction is normalized or a character is unsupported, the page explains that limitation.
